Services

Swyxaronex provides event decoration and photo zone design services throughout Australia. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Custom event decoration design and installation
  • Photo zone creation and setup
  • Balloon installations and arrangements
  • Floral decorations and displays
  • Lighting design and installation
  • Custom props and signage

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Final payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service package and timing:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a processing fee
  • Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event date may be eligible for a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are generally non-refundable

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event information and requirements
  • Ensuring venue access and necessary permissions
  • Informing us of any changes to event details in a timely manner
  • Complying with venue rules and regulations
  • Protecting decorations from damage during the event

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swyxaronex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Swyxaronex and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. Prohibited activities include:
