Overview

This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling or modifying event decoration services provided by Swyxaronex. Please read this policy carefully before booking our services.

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel their booking by providing written notice to Swyxaronex. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to the event date.

Cancellation Timeframes

14-30 days 50% Materials may have been ordered
7-13 days 25% Limited refund due to preparation

Processing Fees

A processing fee of 5% of the total service cost may apply to all cancellations. This fee covers administrative costs and payment processing expenses.

Modifications to Bookings

Clients may request modifications to their booking, subject to availability and our approval. Modification requests should be made at least 14 days before the event date. Additional charges may apply for significant changes.

Cancellation by Swyxaronex

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a booking due to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
  • Safety concerns at the venue
  • Inability to access the venue
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
  • Other payment methods: As per payment provider terms

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom-made decorations that cannot be reused
  • Special order items already purchased
  • Travel expenses for remote locations
  • Rush order fees

Postponement

If you need to postpone your event, we will work with you to find an alternative date. Postponement requests made more than 14 days before the original event date may be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. Postponements requested closer to the event date may incur rescheduling fees.

Damaged or Missing Items

Clients are responsible for the care of decorations during the event. Damage to decorations beyond normal wear may result in additional charges. Missing items will be charged at replacement cost.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services or have concerns about refund eligibility, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. All disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian consumer law.
